CLIENT AND SERVICES TEAM LEADER
Due to company advancement and new product launch we now have an opportunity for an internal Client Services Team Leader to join a worldwide distributor and manufacturer of quality products for the domestic and industrial market.
Based at the midlands company offices the successful candidate who will be part of the Service Management team, will be will be responsible for the support and motivation of a small Services support team whose main duties will be to aid field service engineers and internal support teams by increasing call repair levels and response to client needs.
The main duties of the team leader will include:
Management of a schedule desk, liaison with technical Support and field service teams.
Motivating staff and Coordinating customer service activities
Making sure that all client contracts are adhered to and met alongside increasing response efficiency.
Reviewing service efficiency and making sure that all service needs are met.
Answering technical telephone enquiries, assisting with field visits, advice and assistance with part numbers and technical changes alongside ensuring that the correct technical support is given to a whole range of internal and external customers
The successful applicant must have previous service desk background ideally with Capital equipment for the industrial and domestic market alongside having the usual customer service and communication skills.
Ideally the Team Leader will have an understanding of field based engineering practices and hold some technical knowledge alongside having experience of supporting a small team and an understanding of CRM data bases,
