My client, a leading service organisation experiencing phenomenal growth, are looking for an HR assistant to join their HR service centre on a permanent basis.
A key part of the role will be to maintain both the automated and manual HR systems in relation to staff including the HR.net database, personnel files, spreadsheets, general filing and other record systems, and creatively devise data reports as required.You will be tasked with providing a broad range of HR business administration services including the processing and preparation of documentation for new starters, leavers, internal transfers, sickness absence and company payroll. You will also where necessary, provide first level support to line management and employees with the assistance of the HR advisory team.
The Ideal Candidate
You should have previous experience working within an HR function and a proven track record working in a busy and complex administration role.
Also desirable would be experience working with databases with the production and delivery of reports.
You should be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships. Customer focused with an acute attention to detail, you will need to demonstrate you have the ability to work under pressure using your own initiative and as part of a team, acting with integrity, honesty and confidentiality at all times.
A CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be desirable but not essential, however what is most important to my client is the desire to develop a career in HR and join them as they continue to grow further.
