Trainee Recruitment Consultant requirements:6 months+ experience of having successfully achieved targets in another sales role. (Business to Business / 'B2B' telesales is ideal, but strong B2C experience also considered)Highly credible with exceptional communication skills. Motivated by targets with the drive and determination to succeed in the competitive recruitment sales environment.
What is involved in the role? No two days as a recruitment consultant are the same. It is not a '9 to 5' job. Following your residential induction course your duties will include:Telephone sales to companies to win new business (finding vacancies to fill).Creating and sending marketing, networking, attending client meetings to take requirements.Sourcing candidates by searching the business's extensive database, writing and posting job advertisements, searching internet CV databases, social media and networking.Telephone interviewing / screening candidates.Managing the Recruitment Process - preparing candidates for interview, negotiating with all parties around notice periods, start date, salary and fees, taking references and ID checks.Building excellent relationships to ensure repeat business.
