Business Development Manager

Permanent  for SF Group in Cheshire

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching services to new clients and maintaining a good working relationship with new contacts.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Shaping and delivering business development strategy for RPO proposition.Delivering new business revenue targets.Focusing on creating new leads and identifying new sales opportunities for key accounts.Setting up client meetings.Promoting MBA and networking.Participating in strategy meetings with Chief Executive Officer.Preparing presentations for new clients.Preparing and submitting formal business tenders and proposals.Collaborating with inter-Group businesses.Establishing contact with target clients, building a pipeline of new sales leads.Developing new channels in the SME market place.Monitoring new sales data and new account performance.

REPORTING TO: Chief Executive Officer

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

·Must have experience and an understanding of recruitment environment ideally RPO.

·A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales / revenue targets.

·Ability to create and convert a pipeline of sales.

·Must be pro-active, resilient and ambitious.

·Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS: Degree level or equivalent.

HOURS:

Flexible approach to working shift pattern – core hours Mon – Fri 9am-5pm.

LOCATION: The role is full time and is based at Macclesfield or Chester

SALARY: Competitive salary and benefits package inc. discretionary non contractual bonus scheme will be offered depending on experience. Salary range £40k-£45k.
