Customer Support Administrator - £up to18k - Elstree

Vacancy Description:

The role is to provide full support for existing and new customers. The role is quite technical; a good understanding of engineering and telecommunications is an advantage as you will be working closely with the engineers to resolve issues with hardware and communicating data and information via a web based software package.

Customer Support Administrator – The Role

·To contact engineers, customers to arrange service calls

·To answer customer’s queries via web, mail or phone

·To test equipment via the web

·To resolve issues with communications, data readings etc

·To assist with the development and distribution of technical bulletins and manuals

·To keep accurate records in excel

·To retain call out records

·To collate information to charge customers

·To monitor new business, upkeep the weekly schedules

Customer Support Administrator – The Candidate

·Good knowledge of Excel

·Good standard of English and maths

·Interested in progressing their engineering career

·Grasps and understands instructions quickly

·Has very good speaking communication skills

·Has good inter-personal skills (gets on with everyone)

Candidate Skills Required:

·Able to type

·Put together simple spreadsheets

·Able to analyse and resolve data issues
