Conveyancing Secretary - Immediate Start
DescriptionOur client, a long established legal firm, are looking to recruit a Commercial Conveyancing Secretary to work closely with one of their fee earners in the Conveyancing Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' previous experience working in a conveyancing department, as well as sound knowledge of a legal Case Management system and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities and essential skills: - Production, presentation and layout of legal documents and letters - Use of Dictaphone and digital dictation systems - Use of legal Case Management systems - Communicating with clients and other legal firms - Typing skills to 60 words per minute and use of Microsoft Word - Background knowledge of commercial conveyancing law - Knowledge of legal firm's accounting systems to include office and client accounts - Experience of or membership of the Law Society's Quality Conveyancing scheme - Exceptional communication skills Whilst we'd love to get back to every applicant, it isn't always possible.
