This is a proactive role where your focus will be on identifying vacancies with new businesses and providing them with suitable apprentices around the UK.
Head of Recruitment
Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for identifying and gaining new clients /accounts across multiple sectors. You will develop relationships with employers and learners to achieve your monthly targets and key performance indicators.You will play a key role in meeting our growth plans.
Summary of main duties:
·Provide daily report of performance to Head of Recruitment
·Ensure all individual KPIs and objectives are achieved
·Cold calling to engage prospective clients using a variety of channels
·Responsible for ensuring prospective apprentices are eligible for funded programmes and suitable for employment
·Maintain and grow a pipeline of predominantly 16-18 year olds to engage in apprenticeships
·Develop and maintain a pipeline of employers wishing to engage an apprentice
·Maintain the relationship between employers within pipeline
·Establish interviews for apprentices with employers via a matching service
·Generate apprenticeship starts
·Any other duties which, from time to time, may reasonably be required to meet the needs of Babington Business College and is within the remit of this post
The ideal candidate will be from a recruitment/apprenticeship background be target focused.
