Community Care Workers and Team Leaders Required

Due to holding contracts with Kirklees and Wakefield Council's we are now looking to recruit additional COMMUNITY CARE WORKERS and TEAM LEADERS to care and support vulnerable adults in their own homes in:HUDDERSFIELD HD8 AREA
No previous experience is necessary to become a Community Care Worker just a passion to deliver high quality care, full paid training is provided.
Role & Responsibilities:As COMMUNITY CARE WORKER your duties may include assisting to prepare meals, cooking, cleaning, assisting with personal care tasks which could include; washing, dressing, undressing, showering, bathing, oral hygiene, toileting and getting in and out of bed. You may also assist with mobility using the appropriate equipment provided and the prompting of medicationAs TEAM LEADER - The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care Minimum 1 years’ experience in domiciliary careGood working knowledge of care standardscomputer literacyAbility to cope with pressureAbility to cope with changeExcellent communication skillsAble to work as part of a teamOn call duties on a rota system will be a requirement for which additional payment of £115 per week will be madeCar driver is essential
Benefits:Care Worker £7.30 - £8.30 per hourTeam Leader £8.30 - £8.80 per hourMileage paid 20p per mile£115 per week on call payment for Team LeaderCompany mobile telephone for Team LeaderFull paid trainingPart time and full time hours available (please note we cannot accommodate school hours at this time)
