Internal Account Manager
Internal Account Manager required in Waterbeach
My client is a well established organisation based in Waterbeach that have a current requirement for an intelligent individual with commercial awareness to join them on a permanent basis within their Account Management team.
Candidates will ideally come from a Sales, Customer Service or Account Management role, however those with experience gained in a commercial environment or those with Account Management experience gained in a technical environment will also be considered.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo understand a client brief and to translate this into the work required to meet the client’s objectiveTo carry out project tasks to deliver the work required within the client brief To liaise with the client on project progress solving any issues and problems encountered with some support from the project leader To maintain activity reports and other administration items enabling project activity to be recorded and managed To use related IT equipment in a manner commensurate with the requirements of the organisations Marketing IT environmentTo carry out other administration tasks required to achieve project success
Experience requiredRelevant qualifications - minimum of 8 GCSE’s, C or above or equivalent GNVQ, BTEC or other qualificationGood oral and written communication skills with a good command of the English languageMinimum of 2 years demonstrable experience working in a customer environment on the telephoneComputer literate with understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel (or equivalent)Used to working on own initiative and achieving project goals with a minimum of supervision
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000
Start Date: ASAP – 22nd September would be ideal.
