My client is the leading provider of managed bank services to NHS Trusts with over 80 clients and placing some 1.7 million shifts every year. Due to significant growth in our business we have created a number of new roles within our business to support the effective delivery of our contracts.

The ideal candidate will offer experience of staff recruitment processes and workforce planning in addition to service delivery and contract management experience. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and manage effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in addition to bank workers.

Key responsibilities include:

To act as the initial point of contact, providing a site based account management service and troubleshoots local issues between clients through effective liaison and relationship building.To deliver a successful flexible staffing solution across a range of operational, recruitment, quality and complaints management processes.Promote and develop robust working relationships with internal/external senior nursing managers and managerial staff, in order to deliver client business plans.Identify and progress up-sell and cross-sell opportunities as they arise through client contact and knowledge of their requirements, seeking opportunities to increase revenueCreate and implement Service Improvement Plans, as appropriate.Work in partnership with internal client stakeholders to ensure quality and value of service maintaining professional relationships throughout.Act in such a way as to uphold and enhance good standards and the reputation the client.
