2pm – 6pm Monday – Friday

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join a well established contact centre organisation in Leeds city centre. The role of Customer Service Team Leader will involve managing a team of Customer Service agents to ensure they are compliant and hitting all KPIs, one to ones, coaching and development.Hours 20 in a week over:2pm – 6pm Monday – Friday

You will be proactively manage the teams performance to ensure they are adhering to all regulations, focusing on TCF regulations and ensuring compliance . * Coaching and developing your team to ensure they are reaching their maximum potential* Conducting 121s and appraisals* Ensuring a safe & compliant working environment * Leading, managing and developing the team and undertaking one to ones, performance reviews and training.* Driving quality output, TCF behaviours and ensuring that any necessary performance improvement plans are put in place.Skills/Experience:* Previous experience as a call centre Team Leader* Supervisory experience and skills essential.* PC User* Excellent spelling and grammar* Flexible and positive attitude* Experience of dealing with customer complaints
