Office Administrator

Cameo Consultancy (Recruitment) Limited is recruiting for an Office Administrator, on a full time permanent basis. You will be joining a small, busy team and need to be ready to hit the ground running!

Position Summary:

To ensure all customer orders, requirements and queries are accurately recorded, processed and managed through the system, that adequate stocks of product are available for call off or on factory order to enable product and information to be despatched accurately, on time, every time.

You will be responsible for:

Order processing including inputtingHandling telephone and e-mail enquiries, stock enquiries and technical queriesBooking in of all customer deliveriesReporting on stock planningRecording and analysing customer sales data to assist planning of future ordersDealing with customer queries relating to deliveries andLiaising with other departments to complete and resolve customer service issues, including returns managementMaintaining and updating of various spreadsheets

You must be/have:

Must be exceptionally organised and work well to tight deadlinesPrevious office experience
