Subcontract Administrator – Major subcontracts, ICT, RFQs, A tremendous career opportunity to join a genuine world leader in the field of communications and systems engineering. Based in central London my client is looking to hire a Subcontract Administrator. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate knowledge and experience in handling major subcontractors and ensuring that the requirements of the prime contract are met. The role will involve acting as the primary commercial interface with team mates and internal liaison with management and functional areas. The role will span the complete acquisition lifecycle from the initial requirement; the solicitation of proposals and analysis of price, performance, schedule and quality factors; negotiations and trade-offs leading to subcontract placement; supplier monitoring and addressing any issues during performance. Required Skills: * Ability to work with major teammates and subcontractors to ensure that we jointly deliver major programme requirements * Understanding and ability to draft and negotiate various types of contractual agreements including subcontracts, teaming agreements and confidentiality agreements and amendments * Strong interpersonal and influencing skills * Flexible and self-motivated in achieving results with the ability to perform and relate role to the context and objectives of the business * Ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work to achieve tight deadlines* Familiarity with ICT contract terms for service delivery and their flow-down and management with subcontractorsThe successful candidate will be required to undergo full SC clearance prior to start!!Apply Now or call Charlie on 01923 22 55 81 for more information.
