Sales, Estimating & Marketing Administrator
This is an important new role within Stanley Land Drainage Ltd and we are looking for an ideas person to help push the company forward.
This will be a varied role planning & carrying out sales, estimating & marketing activities. Using your existing sales skills you will maintain & develop the sales of the services we provide in a number of operational sectors (land drainage, construction & consultancy, reclamation, sports field construction & maintenance, utility construction & trenching along with specialist plant hire services) to a diverse customer base.
The Role Includes:Planning & prioritising sales activitiesEnsuring the sales enquiry process is conducted in a timely manner & client expectations are metResponding to & following up on sales enquiries by email, telephone & site visitsEnsuring all tenders/enquiries received are priced & submitted accuratelyPlanning & carrying out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values & timescalesReviewing & improving company sales literature, company sales presentation & advertising materialAttending seminars, trade shows & client association meetings where necessary

You will have the following experience/skills/mind-set:Sales backgroundCommercially mindedFlexible – able to attend client/site meetingsResults driven, self-motivated, quality focused & process orientatedExperience of client liaison - able to establish sustainable & profitable relationshipsExcellent communication, presenting, analytical, evaluative & critical thinking skillsHigh attention to detail & able to see tasks through to completion to meet deadlines
Internal training will be provided for you from the outset and additional training needs will be reviewed in order to develop the required knowledge/skills.
