Professional telephone fundraisers required to work for a well established company in Manchester city centre.
As a telephone fundraiser you will supporting the charity sector with a mixture of regional, national and international charity organisations. You will be responsible forMaking outbound calls to new respondents to see if they would be interested in making a more regular contribution by direct debit on a monthly basisThese tend to be warm calls as the respondents will have made a historic donation to the charity alreadyTo deliver an excellent level of customer service at all timesProvide a confidential and discreet serviceWorking to targets
We are looking for candidates with the following skills:Ability to work as part of a teamCustomer focussed individuals who really want to make a difference by improving and even saving lives of less advantaged people and the environment which also benefit from fundraisingWorking towards KPI'sExcellent communication skills
We have part-time roles available working a minimum of 16 hours per week. This would involve working both a Saturday and Sunday 5.00pm-9.00pm and a couple of evenings a week 5.00pm-9.00pm on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday. The client would also consider applicants who could commit to working either a Saturday or Sunday 1pm -9pm plus some evenings.

Previous experience of the following roles would be advantageous: Call Centre Agent, Customer Service Advisor, Telephone Fundraising, Charity Work, Retail, Telesales, Telemarketing, B2B Sales, B2C Sales or Sales Advisor.
