We have a fantastic opportunity for one of our clients which are a growing company for a Leasing Administrator who has experience of commercial finance/hire purchase to work in a very lively environment to be part of an existing team reporting into a Manager As the Leasing Administrator you will provide an efficient administrative day to day service to a portfolio of Motor Traders and associated service providers. As the Leasing Administrator your duties are listed below Has specific responsibility for service to Motor Traders in relation to their stocking finance ledgers. Liaise with Auction Houses and Motor Traders to provide excellent customer service and process invoices efficiently. To take and action instructions from Motor Traders and internal management staff in relation to their requirements in line with company policies and procedures. Checking all systems and documentation for accuracy prior to issue to Motor Traders. To ensure ALL communications are accurately recorded against motor trader records. Ensure Company Procedures are followed in order to adhere with both quality standards and compliance regulation. Any other administrative duties as business needs dictate as requested by team leaders or a member of the management team. As the Leasing Administrator we are looking at you having the following experience Knowledge of Commercial finance/hire purchase agreements Experience of processing purchase invoices and also raising sales invoices An Understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the importance of FCA principles and how these impact on the day to day activities in a finance led business Whilst we'd love to get back to every applicant, it isn't always possible.
