Part Time Conveyancing Secretary
Our Skipton client is looking to recruit an experience conveyancing secretary to join their busy legal practice on a part time basis. This is a permanent position offering 22.5 hours per week. The working hours will be 9am – 5.30pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with 1 hour for lunch. The salary for this position will be £10,530 – £11,700 dependant on experience.Duties will include:*Liaising with clients via telephone and sending written correspondence to request / confirm information*Audio typing*Managing client files and paperwork*Property searches and Land registry checks*Liaising with 3rd parties to progress client *Dealing with Stamp Duty Land Tax*Dealing with completions and exchanges of contracts*Daily correspondence with clients and estate agents via telephone to progress purchases*Sending written correspondence to clients and 3rd partiesSkills required:*Conveyancing secretarial experience is essential*Fast and accurate audio typing skills*Excellent verbal and written communication skills*The ability to manage multiple cases and work to deadlines If you have the necessary experience and you are looking for a part time opportunity please submit your CV online or send your details to firstname.lastname@example.org Office Angels is an Equal Opportunities employer.
