Division Head of Health & Safety

This newly created role will involve line management of a team of HSE Advisors across London and the South East. The role will suit with previous experience of managing teams and overseeing the Health & Safety aspects of Facilities Management for major public and private sector clients. Our client is part of a global construction, engineering, and property services company with a host of prestigious long term framework and PFI contracts. As Divisional Head of HSE, the successful candidate will hold a wide range of responsibilities including: - Providing leadership to the Health & Safety Team - Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation via regular auditing and inspections - Liaise with HSE team members in other company divisions to coordinate strategies - Contribute to the ongoing training and development of employees In addition to a HSE background in FM and ideally construction or engineering; applicants will also need to have lived in the UK for the past 5 years in order to pass Government Security Clearance.
