Human Resources Administrator - Based Windsor - Permanent Role - Salary £18,000 to £19,000 plus BenefitsThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator to join the busy and lively HR department of one of the UK's premier Leisure attractionsWith the employment of approximately 2000 seasonal employees each year, this is a busy role in a fast paced environment and experience of a similar culture is essential to ensure success within the role. In order to make the employee journey seamless the HR team work together to create memorable candidate and employee experiences. The role of HR Administrator is critical for ensuring that all employees are paid on time, accurately and are aware of the great benefits available to them. This key role has duties including accurate data entry of all employee details into the HR database, timely processing of HR forms, processing leavers, benefit administration, providing first line HR advice and support as well as lots of other value adding tasks. Working as part of a wider HR team this role will have an opportunity to become involved in other task and projects relating to Employee Relations, Recruitment and Learning & Development. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a solid and well rounded career within a fantastic company.The role requires someone who has already gained some experience within an HR department and has an understanding of employee processes. The successful candidate will be highly organised with lots of initiative and enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume environment. Deadlines are a large part of this role therefore the successful candidate must enjoy working to deadlines, have excellent time management skills and be a great team player. You will be a strong communicator with a customer service focussed approach to your role as you will be one of the first points of contact representing the HR Team.
