Role overview

The Senior Sales Manager will lead the new business generation effort for Antenna International in the UK and Ireland, one of the most important and largest regions in the company. They will be responsible for the design, execution and delivery of the sales strategy across the region, with the primary responsibility of generating new sales and fostering and developing personal and contractual relationships with key prospects through the sale of Antenna International products & services.

Considering that Antenna’s core business is the cultural sector, an affinity with museums, historic sites and other cultural attractions is highly desired for this position.

Key responsibilities

An experienced, ambitious, fearless contact-maker fluent in all aspects of the sales process: strategising, prospecting, relationship-building, consultative selling, closing, relationship development and key account management.

Secure new business opportunities by identifying the most appropriate strategy for new revenue opportunities that meet the revenue and contribution targets.

Develop viable Sales Pipeline by continuously updating and maintaining prospect database for daily activity and forecast data.Be responsible for the complete process of sales generation for a specific region and select other clients:cold-callingmeetingspresentationsbudget-buildingproposal writingtender completion with timely input of digital media, client services and marketing departments to ensure the best information is providedprice negotiationcontract negotiation & closingInnovate on strategic partnerships in order to push new platforms and generate new revenue streams. Making direct connections with partners and vendorsRetain existing clients, by staying abreast of changes to their circumstances and fostering strong relationshipsEnsure profitability of deals by validating commercial conditions for all new and current projects.Work closely with the Head of Client Services, Head of Digital Media and General Manager of designated region to maximise on client potential.Support regional team members on sales and marketing activity
