Temporary  for Office Angels in Isleworth

My client is seeking an Administration & Recruitment Coordinator to join their team, on a temporary basis, commencing as soon as possible. This assignment is anticipated to run for the duration of up to 8 weeks to support a large-scale recruitment project that the client is currently embarking upon.Duties/tasks will include but will not be limited to:-- Support and assist the Manager in all day to day administration and recruitment tasks.- Assisting line managers by ensuring they are receiving applications from appropriately skilled candidates for their vacancies- Communicating with external Recruitment Agencies (such as Office Angels) to provide details of the vacancy/staffing need- Organising appropriate applications to the Line Mangers - Arranging interviews (face to face or telephone interviews) - Answering queries about experience and availability of candidates/applicants - Delivering job offers as well as feedback from interviews to agencies/candidates - Entry of details onto in-house systems - Email correspondence to all parties - Maintaining confidentiality at all times We are always interested to hear from job-seekers from any office administration/support/business skills who live or are able to commute to towns and surrounding area including: Staines; Egham; Virginia Water; Ottershaw; Weybridge; Addlestone; Chobham; Byfleet; Woking; Walton; Sunbury; Shepperton; Feltham; Ashford (Middlesex); Hounslow; Isleworth; Brentford; Chertsey; Colnbrook; Harmonsworth; Heathrow; Bedfont; Office Angels is an equal opportunities employer.
