Business Analyst

HRIS Implementation Business Analyst - 12 month contract Location: London Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 p.a + 25 days holidays

Are you a highly capable Business Analyst with experience in HR and Payroll Systems, who is now looking for a fantastic opportunity working for a highly respected research institute and charity.

My client is a world leading research institute, who are seeking an experienced Business Analyst /  Implementation Analyst for a 12 month contract. This exciting role will work with their HR and Payroll teams in the development, implementation and delivery of a new HR/Payroll Information System (Agresso). Offering diversity and an opportunity for you to demonstrate a high level of innovation and creativity in all aspects of this exciting project. From the initial phase through to training of the end user, you will play a significant role in devising solutions and support for the implementation, maintenance, improvements and upgrades of the new system.

The key responsibilities will involve:HRIS Implementation project - Agressoo Reviewing and mapping current processes to develop leaner, paperless and streamlined processes and functionality o Working collaboratively with senior managers across the Payroll and HR function o Design and implement Workflow o Produce, facilitate and run training sessions o Support the project with test scripts for UAT, user guides and training manuals

Data Quality & System Maintenanceo Be accountable for integrity, quality and completeness of data conducting regular data cleansing o Work with IT departments to ensure data in current HRIS is complete and ready for upload to Agresso o Undertake regular system audits and testing of data flow integration

eRecruitment Systemo Support in-house system configuration requirements, adding new user accounts during the build and implementation o Work with IT departments to ensure links between other systems o Provide support for the eRecruitment system upgrade from version V7 to version VX

System Trainingo Act as first point of contact for system usage queries o Produce and deliver initial training and 1:1 sessions with users o Produce upto date training guidance documentation

HR & Intraneto Maintain HR Intranet pages and upload during the launch of the project

We are looking for someone who is professional, capable and friendly, able to work collaboratively and provide clear channels of communication. You will ideally have worked in a similar role within either education/academic/charity or public sector, and have extensive experience in HR and Payroll related processes.
