Tailormade Sales Management are recruiting for a number of experienced professionals to join their growing team.

Perhaps you have been working in a Telesales/ Customer Service / Account Management role and are looking for a new environment? Are you looking to work in a mature, friendly atmosphere, in a spacious and luxurious office where you are given full support, autonomy & respect?

The B2B Telemarketing Consultant position involves making circa 80 B2B outbound phone calls per day to named UK Business Owners, Directors and Informed Key Decision Makers.

Our position offers a sales role, working to a small number of KPI’s daily, in a highly positive & open cultured environment! The role involves simply generating B2B sales leads, setting appointments, capturing lead/ key Information & completing accurate after call notes.

Everyday will involve day to day contact with multi-clients, managing data, callbacks and diary management. -No 2 consecutive days are the same!

TSM is an established & experienced brand, trading for over 10 years, based in South York. Due to new business growth, we need to add to our established team. 2014 & 2015 is going to be an exciting time for TSM! We have a strong & highly ambitious business plan, with us looking to grow exponentially over the coming 12 months & far beyond. We are looking for somebody with an outstanding telephone manner, a basic level of sales ability either by experience or desire/confidence.
