Exciting opportunity within an independent PR and digital marketing Company who specialise in technology companies to communicate and sell.Administrative assistant required to support the creative accounts. The client is looking for a bright, flexible and hard working person who is willing to get stuck in.The duties include: *Support client teams with all administrative duties*General reception duties, answering telephones, meeting and greeting of clients and visitors.*Opening and/or closing the office – distributing papers, milk supplies and cleaning the coffee machine..*Arrange the set up/clear up of refreshments/hospitality requirements for all meetings, seminars and video conferences.*Managing supplies and maintaining stock levels, raising purchase orders where necessary (for stationery, newspapers and other general office supplies)and general research for the purchasing of office furniture, equipment etc.*Managing the subscription process and renewals.*Organising courier and transport bookings.*Provide assistance on all office move and office reconfiguration projects. *Responsible for maintaining media and databases – security pass database, PC inventory, mobile phones database.*Liaising with external contractors and suppliers *Working alongside the HR Assistant on Health and Safety aspects – annual fire risk assessments, maintaining security lists, weekly fire alarm tests, bi annual fire evacuations, quarterly emergency lighting tests and fire warden responsibilities.*Ad-hoc errands including mail merge mail outs, scanning, franking, printing and finishing.*All other duties as reasonably expectedAn interest in communication, marketing and branding would be beneficial.Only successful candidates will be contacted.
