Sales Administrator

Permanent  for Office Angels in South West London

We are currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our client, an automotive company, based in Bromley. The successful candidate will have previously worked in an automotive company and have experience as an Sales Administrator. Main duties include: * Assisting with completion of monthly purchase order for vehicles and parts * Answering telephone calls * Co-ordinating special sales activities * Providing information regarding stock queries and delivery lead times * Replying to emails * Collating weekly and monthly reports * Liaising with back office in regards to deliveries * Dealing with tracking orders * Telesales support activities within the dealer network * Holiday cover for Parts and Accessories Admin * Ensuring new product information, delivery lead times and returns * Providing cover for the customer services helpline Essential: * Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Effective communication skills * Automotive experience Desirable: * Effective communication skills * Excellent organisational skills If you feel you have the relevant experience that our client requires and are ready to take on this position, please apply online today or send through your CV to: Please kindly note that due to a high volume of response Office Angels receive; only successful candidates will be contacted.
