You will be responsible for managing the main reception and liaising with tenants and letting agents. This is a dual role which will incorporate reception and administration duties where you will be acting as the face of the company. Duties include:* Meeting and greeting all visitors in a highly professional and polite manner* Dealing with telephone calls in a timely and courteous manner* Building relationships * Dealing with queries* Ensuring the reception area is presented and maintained to a high standard* Undertaking viewings within the building when necessary for potential tenants * Maintaining records* Providing high standards of customer service* Updating and monitoring social media sites * Ordering stationery* Maintaining filing systemsExperience:* You will have front of house reception experience* Excellent organisation and administration skills* Verbal and written communication skills* Be able to work on your own initiative, personable and adaptableSearch are operating as an employment agency
