Service Team AdministratorBristolService Team Administrator: An excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator has arisen within the Bristol site of an international leader in electronic and information technologies to provide service back office support to regional service depots around the UKService Team Administrator Responsibilities:* Act as a central hub point for local customers; provide service through use of our engineering resource.* Provide customer support, and advice to improve customer intimacy by taking ownership of customer requirements.* Provide administration services including sourcing parts for support field engineers and on time invoicing.* Where possible support sales by reporting leads or demonstrating the company service capability.* Add value or positively present companies technical capabilities in a first line contact role. Service Team Administrator Requirements:* An ability to grasp commercial concepts of the maritime communications industry.* Able to demonstrate past experience in service often with challenging deadlines.* Good customer communications skills * Proven competency in dealing with and managing customer’s expectations.* Demonstrate competency in administration and attention to detail. * Proven customer service skillsMarine industry knowledge desirable, but experience supporting a fast past service business would be accepted.The successful candidate will be required to undergo a security clearance for this opportunity.Apply now or call Steve on 01923 225581
