Service CoordinatorBristolService Coordinator: An excellent opportunity for a Service Coordinator has arisen within the Bristol site of an international leader in electronic and information technologies to provides Service Co-ordination to the UK commercial market and is the face of the company marine business to our customers.Service Coordinator Responsibilities:* Act as a central hub point for UK commercial customers and provide service through use of our engineering resource.* Provide customer support, advice and knowledge to improve customer intimacy.* Support the Bristol Administration and overseas service co-ordination and ensure a joined up approach to our Engineering capability.* Provide administration services including assistance with part ordering to support field engineers.* Where possible support the sales team to provide leads or demonstrate the company service capability* Add value or positively present companies technical capabilities in a first line contact role. Service Coordinator Requirements:* An ability to grasp technical concepts of the maritime communications industry.* Able to demonstrate past experience in directing and organising others often with challenging deadlines.* Calm and clear communications skills in terms of phone manner and written English.* Proven competency in dealing with and managing customers expectations.* Demonstrate competency in administration and/ or attention to detail.Marine industry knowledge desirable, but experience supporting a fast past service business would be accepted.The successful candidate will be required to undergo a security clearance for this opportunity.Apply now or call Steve on 01923 225581
