Customer Service Advisor
Our Banbury based client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fast growing team. You must be Customer Service orientated and able to provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers at all times. You must be able to work proactively when dealing with queries from customers. You will be required to have a 'can do' attitude to blend with this team and the 'willingness' to go the extra mile to elevate service. You will need to be a confident communicator, able to express oneself with an assured and professional manner both in writing and verbally; demonstrating empathy, tact and patience when dealing with unhappy customers For this position you must be able to demonstrate the following abilities.... Listen to the customer and maintain positive communication whilst assessing the problem Adopt a team culture that is focused on achievement of targets whilst delivering accept in customer service as standard Support other team members and take a positive attitude to changes implemented in the team at all times You will be flexible and able to adapt to changes as the business deems appropriate A solid knowledge of customer service regulations and requirements Office Angels are a recruitment agency acting on behalf of of their client.
