Customer Service Planning Manager 4 Month Contract

A reputable international retailer is seeking a Customer Service Planning and Resource Manager to join their team on a fixed term 4 month contract based at their stylish head office. Working on a full time basis the company are offering a generous salary and benefits system with a bonus included on successful completion of the contract. The ideal candidate will come from an environment where customer service is key. Whether it is hospitality, retail, recruitment or events resourcing the candidate will be driven and confident to ensure that staffing levels are correct in alignment to business needs and will not be afraid of hard work. The purpose of the role is to plan the resource requirements for the call centre through effective forecasting that fit within a given budget. You will be recruiting the seasonal customer service team ensuring that staff levels are correct during peak trading times. You will be analysing and effectively reporting on sales figures and service levels. You must be financially sound and have an understanding of business needs when analysing figures, working to budgets, completing rotas and submitting payroll. Advanced Excel skills are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pro active people's person. The ideal candidate must be able available from immediately and to work over the Christmas and New Year period.
