We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA who will support the MD. As the PA you will work as part of a friendly established team, reporting to a Manager who will offer you guidance and support. As the PA you will work Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm with a one hour lunch break. As the PA you will provide an efficient, effective and supportive administration service to customers and office staff, assisting in any admin requirements as directed by the Managing Director. As the PA your main duties are as follows: Manage incoming info emails and action as necessaryTyping invoices and general correspondenceManage incoming telephone calls and general telephone answeringSage weekly input and liaison with accountantResponsible for keeping archives tidy and stationary stockedPurchase order processing, chase pending orders and all associated adminPA support for the Managing DirectorDistribution of incoming/outgoing postHR, Team and general office management, holidays etcCredit control liaison with clients over paymentClient statements promptly sent and reconciled General administration as directed by your managerThe ideal candidate will have experience in payroll using Sage.Whilst we'd love to get back to every applicant, it isn't always possible.
