HR & Recruitment Adviser | Borehamwood | up to £30,000

Overall responsibility for the Company’s end to end recruitment process, in conjunction with the HR team. You will manage the process from recruitment planning to interview, selection, offer, induction and on-boarding and the implementation of best practice recruitment processes and tools across the business.

HR & Recruitment Adviser - The Role

·Managing end to end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection

·Working in partnership with line managers and the HR team to harmonise recruitment practices and to support and facilitate effective recruitment planning

·Support the HR team in the development of an effective resourcing strategy and the implementation of associated recruitment objectives, policies and procedures

·Work in conjunction with line managers and HR Managers to prepare an efficient recruitment plan and be responsible for its timely deployment thereafter for all vacancies.

·Proactively plan and manage recruitment for all

·Utilise online recruitment services to attract and source applicants.

·Maintain effective and accurate recruitment records (both applicant and vacancy) including: maintain HR database for applicant and vacancy records, organising interviews and producing interview schedules, liaising with applicants to provide updates on their progress etc,

·Seek out and actively manage recruitment suppliers; ensuring they deliver a consistent quality & cost efficient service to the business and taking associated action to address any concerns

HR & Recruitment Adviser - The Candidate

·Previous experience working as an in house recruitment expert

·Experience working with recruitment tools and technologies.

·Ability to manage a large and variable work load, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work.

·End to end recruitment knowledge and experience.

·excellent IT skills in databases, word processing, spreadsheet etc

·Previous experience working within larger multi discipline HR team

·Experience undertaking competency based interviews for a variety of different roles.


·CIPD Foundation in Resourcing Talent or

·CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice

·SHL Level A (ability)

·SHL level B (OPQ)

·Thomas International PPQ
