HR Business Partner
HR Business Partner - Trafford Park - Permanent - £35 - £40k per annum
Our client is currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will join the organisation at an exciting time and hold a generalist position, liaising with senior stakeholders and staff on a daily basis in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
A proven, strong background in Change Management, Employee Engagement and Employee Relations is required to be considered for this role, as well as Absence Management and the successful completion of various HR Projects. Experience of Learning and Development is advantageous but not essential, but candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to coach and influence others at all levels effectively.
