Inspection Support Coordinator
We currently require an Inspection Support Coordinator to work for Serco Inspections in Birmingham. Serco is an international service company that improves the quality and efficiency of essential services that matter to millions of people around the world. The work we do for national and local governments involves us in the most important areas of public service, including health, education, transport, science and defence.Serco Inspections is responsible for managing the inspection of children`s centres, maintained and independent schools, learning and skills provision and initial teacher education (ITE) in the West Midlands, East Midlands and the East of England.Main Purpose:Responsible for the inspections co-ordination processes whilst maintaining performance against the contract key performance indicators.Duties and Responsibilities- Maintaining good communications and strong professional links with all personnel involved in inspection delivery and management- Ensure that inspection reports follow the correct process by monitoring contract deliverables/KPI`s and ensure targets are met or exceeded.- Achieve and maintain consistent accuracy and tracking of inspection activities within required timelines, including responsibility for delivery of the associated Key Performance Indicators (KPI`s) - Ensure that all inspection processes and procedures are adhered to including pre and post inspection coordination, report submission and customer feedback- To seek opportunities for continuous improvement and development of working practices to improve service
