The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of authentic Indian sweets & savoury dishes from the menu. Food garnishing will be required for presentation of the dishes, ensuring the food quality is maintained at a level which should not affect the food cost. Control food and ingredients wastage; ensure compliance with legislation and company policies and procedures and other associated duties as required.
The suitable applicant must have relevant experience in a similar position at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
