International HR Analyst

Permanent  for Hays in Oxfordshire

My world leading organisation are looking for a very proactive and diligent individual who has fantastic pivot table experience and able to use Vlookups competently. This is a busy and varied role, providing HR analytics to the HR team including maintaining records, creating reports and supporting HR processes across all locations.A confident and self-assured individual is needed who can manage the employee data required for the pay review and bonus processes. Updating records for any changes, producing all employee paperwork including contracts of employment in line with local employment legislation, liaising with external lawyers. Devising, developing and maintaining accurate reports, statistics and records on international staff, to provide a general HR administration service for the staff in the international offices. A solid base of admin experience is key and someone who can work well with confidential data. This office is full of very lively and confident characters and you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Working to tight deadlines and pressure is essential and you will have been exposed and this role is ideal for someone who is looking to enhance their career in HR and there's plenty of opportunity for progression and development, including working towards your CIPD.
