BLUE CHIP HR Manager - Shared Services
The role will focus on steering the HR team that focuses on recruitment for the shared service centre. The role has a strong operational, change management and strategic element. The candidate must be able to coach and develop a team of HR Administrators and Advisors. This role requires the candidate to improve policies/procedures and processes to improve operational excellence. Key to this opportunity will be your ability to build a relationship with internal and external stakeholders. A review of KPI's against SLA's will provide a good scrutiny of performance and the candidates ability to improve and control this element will be vitally important.The ideal person will CIPD qualified or equivalent through a HR disciple. Experience of having worked for a financial services institution or a complex matrix business will be essential. The candidate must have a pedigree of steering a HR team and enhancing systems and processes. A business partner with the ability to build a rapport quickly and influence will be important in this role.
