Web Services ManagerRural Tunbridge Wells£21,000 - £23,000paThis brand new role is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, self motivated and focused individual! Based in a beautifully rural location outside of Tunbridge Wells you will be joining a small but very successful business assisting them in the next phase of growth and development. They will be launching a new web based service and this role is pivotal to it's success. Key responsibilities will include…Being the first line of support (phone and email) for the web service members (about 600+ users) who will need basic technical help with using the system and setting up their accounts. Ensuring the databases are kept up to date. Researching and chasing up profile information from members. Keeping the web resources up to date and researching new content as guided by the Directors. Proactively phoning users of the new web service to see how they are getting on and offer advice on how to get the best out of it. The candidate will need to be confident with using the phone in a proactive way. The development of relationships through excellent customer service will be key to ensuring members renew their annual subscriptions. Helping to develop and organise training videos which will be regularly posted onto the site. Liaising with the video production company. Promoting training courses, conferences, promotional events and user groups. Managing the bookings and liaising with venues. Dealing with daily email correspondence on behalf of the Directors and ensuring the smooth running of the office with various administrative tasks. Supporting the Events Manager with the organisation of two international conferences per year and attending the 3 days events in March and November. Help to develop a social media strategy and enhance the SEO of websites. Developing and implementing new administrative systems in the new office as we merge two IT systems over the coming year. Be well presented at our events and confident to talk to people at all levels Be ability to keep calm in a busy environment and be able to prioritise tasks. Be willing to work at different levels, be it data input or senior work to support the Directors. What skills and experience do you need… A high level of organisational and administrative competence is essential. Experience of working in a marketing or customer services role. Excellent written English with the ability to produce editorial text. Strong computer literacy including good experience of using databases, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
